A: The minimum order for instock products is one carton only. |
| Q: Do you have the minimum order required for delivery? |

A: Yes, we do. The minimum order amount is Aus$150 for within 50km radius of Sydney, otherwise delivery charge will be apply. |

| Q: How can I pay for my order? |

A: We only accept Cash, Company Cheques or Direct Deposit into our account but No COD shipments. All payment must be cleared before delivery. |
| Q: What's the turn around time for the custom printed paper bags? |

A: 4 to 9 weeks after artwork approved and deposit paid, which depends on the quantity. |
| Q: What is the artwork requirement? |

A: We prefer the "Adobe illustrator" or "Photoshop" file with minimum 300 dpi. |
| Q: Can I get the actual sample before the production? |

A: No, we cannot provide the sample before production. But we can do this during the production to confirm all the quality is good. |
